• Develop knowledge of services offered to personalise funerals.
• Arrange funerals with attention to cost and details.
• Communicate arrangements clearly between families and Funeral Directors.
• Handle administration with accuracy, sensitivity and care.
• Keep the funeral home clean and secure at all times.
• Promote Funeral Services within the local community.
• Build relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, clergy and doctors.
• Comply with statutory and internal policies and procedures.
