Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Funeral Advisor to support families through the end-of-life journey with empathy and practical guidance. You will coordinate funeral arrangements, liaise with funeral directors, and ensure services reflect the loved one’s wishes while handling details with sensitivity.

You will travel within the local area as required, build trusted community relationships, and contribute to maintaining high standards across our funeral homes.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Support families through all aspects of funeral arrangements with empathy and clarity.
• Arrange and coordinate funeral services with attention to cost and logistics.
• Maintain a respectful, clean, and secure funeral home environment.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clergy, and local communities to promote services.
• Be flexible to cover other funeral homes for sickness/leave and travel within the area.
