Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Funeral Arranger to guide families through every step, from the first conversation to the day of the funeral. You’ll coordinate details with care, liaise with celebrants, crematoria, florists and authorities, and provide ongoing compassionate support.

You’ll need empathy, excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure every farewell reflects the life being remembered, while upholding our high standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• No prior Funeral Services experience required; training provided.
• Strong empathy and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple details with care.
• Professional and compassionate demeanour.

Responsabilités

• Meet with families to plan personalised funeral services, guiding them with empathy.
• Coordinate arrangements from enquiry to funeral day, ensuring every detail is managed.
• Liaise with celebrants, crematoria, florists and local authorities for seamless services.
• Prepare and process essential documentation with careful handling of confidential information.
• Explain funeral options, memorials and aftercare with sensitivity.
• Ensure every funeral reflects the family's wishes and Lincolnshire Co-op's standards.
