Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Funeral Operative to help families during their time of need. You'll support removals, prepare vehicles and coffins, and work closely with Funeral Directors to deliver dignified services across the local community.

You don't need prior funeral experience—training is provided. We value compassion, professionalism and the ability to stay calm in emotional situations. A full UK driving licence is required, and there may be an on-call rota to cover flexible hours.

• Provide compassionate, respectful care for those entrusted to us throughout every stage of the funeral journey.
• Support removals, preparations and funeral services with dignity and attention to detail.
• Drive and care for funeral vehicles, ensuring safe transport.
• Prepare coffins, equipment and vehicles to high standards.
• Work closely with Funeral Directors, colleagues and external organisations to deliver seamless services.
