OurCoop is seeking a Funeral Advisor to support families during their most difficult moments. You’ll manage day-to-day funeral home operations, ensure high standards, and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

You’ll cover other funeral homes when needed, travel within the area, and help arrange personalised services while upholding cooperative values. If you have empathy, organisation and strong communication, this role offers meaningful work across local communities.

Qualifications

• Must show compassion and empathy for bereaved families.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Experience in administration desirable.

Responsibilities
