Small Animal Veterinarian Opportunity - OurVets St Albans - Christchurch New Zealand

At OurVets youll be part of a close-knit team. Your role will encompass a balanced mix of consults and surgery working along-side our experienced Vets and Nurses. Our clinic is well-equipped to support areas of special interest and youll enjoy a varied caseload.

This role would be well suited to a confident Small Animal Vet with at least a few years of experience who would enjoy the opportunity to be on surgery up to 2 days per week on average.

What We Offer
  • Work / Life Balance : 29.5 hours across a 4 day week with a great mix of longer and shorter days. There are no regular after-hours or on-call duties with a backup roster covering approximately 3-4 times per year. Only 1 : 5 Saturdays and no public holiday shifts.

Looking for You
  • BVSc qualified (or equivalent) and registered or eligible to practice in New Zealand.
  • 3 years of experience comfortable with routine surgery and consultations
