A local government authority in England seeks dedicated individuals to join their Community Support Services. The role involves providing essential support for daily living activities and assisting with personal care for adults. Community Support Services - MiCare, is a short-term integrated health and social care service that provides short term support to people in their own homes. We put people at the heart of the service and deliver exceptionally responsive, person-centred care which enables the individuals to live a life of their choosing. Our aim is to make people’s experience of using our service as positive as possible, and we will go above and beyond to support people to re-integrate into their communities and to live their best and fullest life possible.
As this is a community based role, it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and access to a car to enable you to travel around Rutland county.
Basic pay of £12.85 - £13.05 per hour, Saturdays at £19.28 - £19.59 per hour, Sundays and bank holidays at £25.70 - £26.11 per hour.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however, if you have the passion and commitment to help and support others then we can offer you a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, with support to undertake the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications fully funded by us!
