A community health provider seeks Community Support Workers for a spinal injury care service in Oxford. You will assist with personal care, household tasks, and community access. We are currently seeking experienced & qualified Community Support Workers for our 24/7 spinal injury complex care service user living in Oxford.

Support work is fun, people‑facing, challenging, and very rewarding, and it is also a deeply empathetic journey. It is more than a job; it is an opportunity to provide invaluable support, led by the people you will be supporting.
We offer a range of employment opportunities including casual, part-time, and full-time positions, which will be discussed further during the recruitment process.
As this is community‑based work, rotating rosters would be involved including AM, PM, and weekend work. Your preferred hours of work can be discussed during the recruitment process.
We are looking for reliable and dedicated support workers who would be comfortable covering morning shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and night shifts, which would include sleepover shifts and weekend work.
The duration of these hours may vary, ranging from shorter to longer periods, depending on the specific needs of the people we support.
You are a calm but confident natured individual who can demonstrate resilience and understand the challenges of our service users. There are many responsibilities associated with being a support worker which can be challenging and fulfilling. It is rewarding when you are part of the support that enables a person to live their best lives in the community.
