A community health service provider in the West Midlands is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Community Nursing Team. Responsibilities include assessing and implementing patient care, providing clinical support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have previous community experience and be registered with the NMC. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary ranging from £31,049 to £37,796 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing Team within the South East District Nursing Team. We are looking for a caring, motivated, friendly community nurse to join our busy, professional and dynamic team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development. Ability to travel independently to fulfil the requirements of the post is essential.
We are committed to clinical support, CPD & training. The post is covering 7 days 8am to 6pm service, on a rota system.
