We are recruiting band 5 nurses tojoin our community nursing teams in East Surrey, based in Oxted and Redhill. Youwill provide nursing care for a wide range of conditions to people in their ownhome and residential settings, and you will be supported by the Clinical Lead,your line manager and team to fulfil your role.

The District Nursing teams provide aservice between 8am and 6pm, which incorporates the core day shift and a lateshift. We have full or part time hours available.

We also have the evening shiftbetween 6pm to 11pm and have a vacancy for four evening shifts a week.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for assessing,planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care for patients underthe direction of a Clinical Team Lead and District Nurse.

You will work in close collaboration withhealth and social care professionals within the Neighbourhood to prevent yourpatients being admitted to hospital.

You will provide advice and support tojunior staff and students in the delivery of effective, high quality care.

Due to thenature of the role it is essential that you are able to drive, have a carsuitable for business purposes and a valid driving license.

Job responsibilities
