Responsibilities

• Build a community of players who love and share MrQ.
• Develop and lead organic social and influencer marketing strategy.
• Launch interactive campaigns to engage the community.
• Manage all organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and execute content calendars for engagement and growth.
• Stay updated with trends to enhance community engagement.
• Manage influencer and user-generated content campaigns.
• Collaborate with PR and Brand for major campaign launches.
• Provide player insights back into the business for improvement.
