Job summary

PA Housing is seeking an Antisocial Behaviour Officer to join the Tenancy Management team in a busy, resident‑focused role. You will manage ASB cases end‑to‑end, support residents, and take proportionate enforcement where needed.

You will work closely with police and local partners to protect residents and create safer communities, while maintaining detailed records and safeguarding vulnerable residents.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in housing, ASB case management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ASB, safeguarding, and housing legislation.
• Experience dealing with vulnerable residents with empathy and discretion.
• Excellent communication and mediation skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage a busy caseload.
• Confidence using IT systems and keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage ASB cases from start to finish with victim-centered approach.
• Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour including harassment and hate incidents.
• Build relationships with residents, keeping them informed and reassured.
• Develop action plans with residents and maintain regular contact.
• Gather evidence to legal standards and record witness statements.
• Take enforcement action where needed, including warnings and injunctions.
• Identify and support vulnerable residents and make safeguarding referrals.
• Collaborate with police, local authorities and partner agencies to improve safety.
• Represent PA Housing at multi‑agency meetings and case conferences.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet performance targets.
