Berneslai Homes, based in Barnsley, is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join the team on a full-time basis. You will investigate ASB cases, advocate for residents, and coordinate responses to prevent ASB while supporting tenancy sustainment.

The role demands experience in social housing ASB, estate/tenancy management or community safety, with strong IT skills and a customer-centric approach. A basic DBS check is required, and the organization offers development opportunities and Agile

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing including anti-social behaviour, estate and tenancy management or community safety work.
• Proficiency with software applications including Microsoft Office and bespoke IT systems.
• Ability to provide customer-focused and responsive services.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and manage ASB cases to create safer neighbourhoods.
• Advocate for customers, resolve housing-related ASB issues and coordinate responses.
• Prioritise and manage caseload; prepare files for escalation; build partner relationships.
