Job summary

Berneslai Homes is seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to investigate and manage ASB cases, helping to create safer neighbourhoods and sustain tenancies. You will advocate for customers, coordinate responses, and provide specialist advice where needed.

You will handle low to medium-level ASB cases, conduct risk assessments, and escalate when necessary, collaborating with partners to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience of social housing, including anti-social behaviour, estate and tenancy management or community safety-related work.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and bespoke IT systems.
• Ability to provide customer-focused and responsive services.
• Understanding of equality and diversity in the workplace.
• Willingness to develop professionally including embracing the personal development process.
• NVQ Level 3, BTEC National Certificate or equivalent, or relevant experience or transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise, risk assess and effectively manage your caseload.
• Prepare quality case files for escalation where appropriate.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Support Neighbourhood Officers with response to areas of community tension.
• Assist with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in ASB management.
