Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is recruiting an ASB Officer for a busy social housing provider in Kent on a 3-month contract. The role is hybrid, managing a caseload of anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy enforcement to prevent escalations.

You'll identify issues early, support residents to sustain tenancies, and work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver positive outcomes while keeping residents informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ASB and tenancy enforcement within social housing.
• Strong understanding of housing legislation and enforcement tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Experience working with vulnerable residents and tenancy sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ASB cases from investigation to resolution.
• Take appropriate tenancy enforcement action where required.
• Work with residents to sustain tenancies and prevent repeat issues.
• Act as main point of contact for residents and keep them informed.
• Respond to complaints quickly to minimise escalation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legislation and policy.
