Job summary

A community healthcare provider in Halifax seeks a part-time healthcare assistant responsible for training in blood sample collection and patient care. Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working in a health care setting.
  • Experience of complying with legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to deal with vulnerable people effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain patient dignity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to Trust Aseptic Non‑Touch Technique Policy (ANTT).
  • Collect blood samples and record details appropriately.
