A local health organization is seeking a Community Nurse in St Neots to provide high-quality nursing care in patients' homes. The role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have experience in the community and be able to support and educate others. This position offers the opportunity to develop key nursing skills such as wound and palliative care.

We are looking for a Community Nurse to work in and around the St Neots/A1 Locality; you will be fully supported to gain new skills and experience needed to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own home or residential setting.
As a community nurse we will develop your wound care, palliative care, and long‑term condition knowledge and skills; supporting you to become an expert in assessment and care‑planning to deliver quality care that is caring and compassionate.

Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
