A community health organization in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a dedicated Community Nurse to deliver complex nursing care. You will work closely with a caring team and support patients in their homes, ensuring their health and well-being. The position requires recent healthcare experience and a Level 6 Degree in nursing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Community Nurse to join our caring and progressive team in Abbey Court.
As part of a close-knit team, you will be dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in Tunbridge Wells – a diverse patient group with complex needs.
Community nurses make a difference by ensuring our services are proactive and patient‑focused, helping people remain at home and independent for longer.
Our community nursing teams are closely aligned with local Primary Care Networks to provide holistic, joined‑up care. We take the time to get to know our patients.

Community nurses provide complex nursing care to people at home and in residential care homes.
As a community nurse, you will:
Your patients could be any age, but they will often be elderly, recently discharged from hospital, terminally ill or have physical disabilities.
You will work as part of a team to keep people safe and well at home. Using your clinical judgment, you will support evidence‑based care planning for people living at home, in care homes or other settings and ensure that people who use our services have a good experience.
