This role involves supporting patients with their rehabilitation journey through delivering therapy programmes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a driving license for business use. The position offers a salary range of £26,240 to £27,928 per annum, inclusive of fringe HCAS.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in the NHS or similar healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Experience working with individuals with cognitive or communication impairments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver neuro-rehabilitation programmes in various settings.
  • Support Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy.
  • Monitor patient progress within agreed guidelines.
