A healthcare organization in Rotherham is seeking a Band 5 nurse to join their South Locality Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent team-working skills and a flexible approach to patient care, working closely within a multi-disciplinary team. Key responsibilities include managing a team caseload, promoting high standards of care, and assisting with medication management. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 nurse to join our innovative South Locality Team. The team offers a range of interventions which are person‑centred and fully collaborative with the patient.
The post holder will work as a member of a multidisciplinary CMHT providing a service to clients experiencing mental health difficulties of a serious and enduring nature. You must demonstrate a flexible approach centring around the needs of patients, their families and significant others.
You will develop and maintain, close and professional working relationships with colleagues in the team and across other statutory and voluntary agencies.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent team‑working skills, who is keen to develop their knowledge and skills in this area. You should be a competent and motivated practitioner with appropriate demonstrable experience. You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team providing assessment and therapeutic intervention in the community.
To carry out nursing interventions within the community as required.
To assist in the development of the Nursing Team, working with other agencies to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
