A community health provider in the Vale Royal area is seeking a qualified mental health nurse, social worker, or occupational therapist for a full-time Band 6 role within their Adults Community Mental Health Team. Candidates should have experience with severe mental health difficulties. The position involves assessments, care coordination, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, Band 6 role within our Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). This team supports individuals with severe mental health problems across the Vale Royal area, including Northwich and Winsford.
We are looking for a qualified mental health nurse, social worker or occupational therapist (OT). Ideally, candidates will have experience working in a CMHT or with people who have severe mental health difficulties.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Consultant Psychiatrists, CBT Therapists, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Pharmacists, Social Workers, OT, OTTI and Support Workers.

The post holder will work autonomously within a multi‑disciplinary framework, undertaking:
Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of mental health disorders and the Mental Health Act. Experience working with people with severe mental health difficulties, particularly within a CMHT, is highly desirable.
We offer a thorough induction period that includes shadowing established team members. Supervision and training are mandatory, with wider training and personal development readily available. Access to transport for work purposes is essential.
