Job summary

Home Group is seeking a customer-focused housing support role in North London. You will engage with communities on estates, support managers, and handle tasks from voids to contractor meetings. The role combines on-site presence with some remote/admin duties.

A passion for customer service and knowledge of housing management will help you excel as you contribute to safer, better neighbourhoods. Hybrid working with estate visits is typical.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude, stays organised and takes initiative.

• Knowledge of housing management and housing law; universal credit is a bonus.

What you\'ll do

The practical bits

• Where they will work e.g. hybrid role with minimum 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home and regular visits on our estates. You\'ll work across our North London patch, covering Barnet (including the Douglas Bader Park regeneration estate), Harrow and Brent.
• Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5 hpw). There may be some flexibility to adapt your working hours, do let us know about this when you meet us at the interview
• We mainly work Monday to Friday and work occasional evenings to meet with customers. The great news is that you\'ll be able to shape your own diary
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
• You\'ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that
