Job summary

Home Group is hiring for a customer-facing role based in North London with hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 at home) covering Barnet, Harrow and Brent. You will support estates, liaise with authorities and contractors, and help improve neighbourhoods while delivering great service to residents.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, temporary for six months, with DBS check paid by the employer. A driving licence is required for site visits and field duties.

Qualifications

• A real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
• Able to stay organised, take initiative and show a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of housing management and housing law, universal credit is a bonus.
• Proficient with technology to navigate systems and update records.
• Capable of lone working on estates and in the community.

The practical bits

• Where they will work e.g. hybrid role with minimum 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home and regular visits an our estates. You'll work across our North London patch, covering Barnet (including the Douglas Bader Park regeneration estate), Harrow and Brent.
• Temporary (6 months), full time (37.5 hpw). There may be some flexibility to adapt your working hours, do let us know about this when you meet us at the interview
• We mainly work Monday to Friday and work occasional evenings to meet with customers. The great news is that you’ll be able to shape your own diary
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes
• You’ll need a Standard DBS check done and we pay for that
