Portico is seeking a Community Host to ensure a top-notch visitor experience for a prestigious bank. The role involves owning a designated space, logging issues, booking rooms, inducting new starters and ensuring safety.
The candidate will also create engaging activities to boost colleague well-being, from charity events to brief interactive experiences. Shifts are 40 hours per week, 7am-6pm, Mon-Fri with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

We are looking for a Community Host to ensure that our client, a prestigious bank, remains a trailblazer for positive visitor experience and service excellence.
The overall function of a Community Host is to “own” their designated space. They will roam their domain, identifying problems; logging issues; booking meeting rooms; completing floor walks; inducting new starters; overseeing health and safety. This list goes on for the daily tasks of this new and exciting role!
In addition to this, they have the opportunity to develop fun, engaging and creative ways to maximise colleague enjoyment of their daily office space, whether that be through charity fundraisers, interactive experiences or simply a moment of reprieve in their busy day.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am and 6pm with unpaid half an hour lunchbreak from, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £36,455 per annum.
