Portico is seeking a Welcome Host for our Bristol office. You will be the first friendly face, delivering outstanding service while handling front desk duties, including meeting guests and supporting administrators.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming atmosphere and help maintain a smooth running of daily operations. We value a proactive, customer-focused mindset, excellent communication and computer skills, and a passion for providing a high-end experience in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have excellent computer & communication skills, a proactive attitude, able to manage working within a busy environment.
• Genuine passion for delivering a 5-star service in a high-end corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties including meet & greet and administration tasks.
• Manage room bookings and liaise with Office Managers and contractors.
• Support daily office operations and help colleagues as needed.
• Develop skills and contribute to a positive, engaging office culture.

The role is diverse. No day is the same as you will have the opportunity to get involved in everything that happens around the front desk. From meet & greet to administration tasks, room bookings and liaising with Office Managers and contractors, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and acquire new ones.
