• Support the delivery of engagement activities to ensure community voices influence health and social care.
• Facilitate work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the implementation of all-Wales priorities across regions.
• Support Llais's growth by promoting inclusion and continuous improvement.

Job description

• To support the delivery of Llais's engagement activities across the region, ensuring that the voices of people and communities are heard and used to influence health and social care services.
• To play an active role in facilitating the local, regional, and national work of Llais, working collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful public engagement.
• To contribute to the implementation of all-Wales priorities at a regional level, helping to ensure consistency, quality, and impact across Wales.
• To support the continued growth and development of Llais as an organisation, by contributing to a culture of inclusion, learning, and continuous improvement.
