About the role
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Community Care Worker to join our dedicated Adult Social Care team at the London Borough of Hillingdon.
In this rewarding frontline role, you will assess and identify the needs of adults and older people, developing and reviewing care plans that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
