About the Role

Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in people's lives? Join our team as a Care Assistant! As a Care Assistant, you'll provide support and companionship to clients in their homes. Every day is different, and you might be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Supporting with social activities
  • Assisting with medication
  • Personal care (toileting, showering & bathing)

We have a comprehensive induction and training programme to provide you with the skills and training necessary to complete the role, and your community mentor will be there to support you every step of the way.
