  • Support implementation of the Local Lettings Plan and coordinate property offers.
  • Liaise with Housing Services for tenancy visits and planned moves.
  • Ensure completion of sign-up documentation and information packs.
  • Manage benefit take up and develop income maximisation practices.
  • Add Phase 2 properties to relevant contracts.
  • Coordinate accurate messaging for Councillors and partners.
