A regional health service provider is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support communication and engagement initiatives. The role involves managing communication actions, producing content for various channels, and engaging with staff and stakeholders. This position is ideal for candidates eager to start a career in communications, offering a supportive environment with opportunities for growth in the Norwich area.
The post-holder will support with operational delivery and record-keeping of key communications tasks and projects. The post-holder will deliver communication and engagement actions, including weekly newsletters and supporting with engagement events for staff and stakeholders.
It is expected that type of work undertaken by the post holder will change over time, as the portfolio of work changes. This role is open to staff who are keen to start a career in communications and engagement.
Timely triaging of communications and engagement customer requests using the department's workflow system
Action opportunities to explain and promote NSFT services, developments, plans and initiatives.
Deliver communication and engagement actions, which support and reinforce Trust's values and strategy.
Ensure high-quality regular content for use across a range of channels, using highly engaging words, inclusive images and video.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and teams.
Writing, proofreading and editing copy for publications and channels.
