What We’re Looking For
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or NMC registration preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Proven experience commissioning or a strong track record as a Registered Home Manager.
  • In‑depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting and occupancy management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally as needed.
