Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to support our kitchen team at The Warren, delivering high-quality dishes while upholding strict hygiene standards.

The role offers a permanent position or a fixed-term contract through August, with a salary of £27,372.80 per year and eligibility to share in tips. You will prepare ingredients, assist with food prep and cooking, manage deliveries, and ensure food safety compliance in a fast-paced, team-driven environment at a UK holiday park.

Competenze

• We’re seeking a motivated individual with prior experience in food and beverage.
• Basic food hygiene certification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) is required.
• Allergen awareness training will be provided for the right candidate if needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• A genuine passion for cooking and developing culinary abilities is desirable.

Mansioni

• Prepare ingredients to assist the kitchen team, working closely with the Chef de Partie.
• Support food preparation and cooking to meet company standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Manage deliveries and stock rotation to ensure proper storage and usage.
• Monitor food safety compliance and complete daily/weekly diaries.
