Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Commis Chef to join our energetic kitchen team. You will prepare and present dishes to high standards, maintain hygiene, and support the flow of service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience in high-volume cooking and the ability to work under pressure will thrive. Flexibility for varied shifts including evenings and weekends is desirable to fit our guest-focused operations.

• Experience in high-volume food preparation and cooking.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present dishes to company specifications, maintaining standards.
• Keep your section and the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic during service.
• Check and record food temperatures accurately and follow processes.
• Complete food prep before and during service and restock as needed.
• Assist with portion control and minimise food waste to maximise profit.
• Receive, check and store deliveries safely with proper stock rotation and food safety.
