You will support the kitchen with prep, cooking to our standards, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the section. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in high volume food preparation and cooking.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for producing great food and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to company specifications while maintaining high standards.
• Keep your section and the kitchen clean and hygienic during service.
• Record food temperatures and follow food safety guidelines.
• Assist with food prep and restock during and before service.
• Help control portion sizes and reduce food waste.
