Parkdean Resorts is inviting applications for a Commis Chef to join our energetic kitchen teams across UK parks. You will assist with high-volume food prep, help maintain exceptional cleanliness and food safety, and support the team to deliver dishes guests love in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food preparation is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for producing great food and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting dishes to company specifications, maintaining high standards of cookery and service.
• Keeping your section and the wider kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout service.
• Checking and recording food temperatures accurately, following company processes.
• Completing food prep before and during service, and restocking as needed.
• Supporting portion control and minimising food waste to maximise profit.
