Village Hotels is looking for a Commis Chef to learn, prep, and support the Head and Sous Chefs in a busy kitchen. You’ll focus on mastering basics, portion control, and keeping service flowing in a high-volume brigade.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn, prep, and support kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs on your section, controlling portions and temperatures.
• Ensure plates meet company specification.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards (FRESH, HACCP, EHO).
• Communicate clearly with restaurant and banqueting teams.
