Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment seeks a junior commis chef for a luxury country house hotel in the Marlow area. In a 2AA rosette kitchen you will assist the Head Chef in delivering food of the highest standard for fine dining and private functions.

Great Commis role available with Luxury Country House Hotel

Our Client is recruiting a junior chef to work in their 2AA rosette level Hotel kitchen in the Marlow area. As part of an ambitious kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of the highest standard for the fine dining restaurant and private functions. The role is 4 days a week with 3 days off so good work life balance

The Role

• Reporting to the Head Chef


• Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients
