Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a Luxury Cotswolds property. You will support the Head Chef, lead a brigade and ensure high standards with fresh seasonal menus.

Candidate must have 2AA rosette level or higher, previous leadership experience, and a track record at 3AA or Michelin level in top hotels/restaurants.

• Sous Chef in a luxury 4* or 5* hotel/restaurant.
• Ability to supervise and develop junior team members.
• Experience of working to 3AA rosette or Michelin level.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ambitious and career oriented.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs and Run Kitchen in his absence.
• Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service.
• Strong management skills.

Senior Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Senior Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant. You must have worked to 2AA rosette level or higher in a quality 4 or 5* Hotel/restaurant. You will be a talented and confident leader who can deputise for the Head Chef.
