Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is inviting applications for a Chef de Partie role at a luxury country house hotel near Stevenage. You will join a brigade under the Head Chef, delivering high‑quality, locally sourced dishes in a refined, AA rosette kitchen.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will supervise junior team members and oversee lunch and dinner service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail. Accommodation is available for short-term relocations.

Qualifications

• You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment.
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members.
• Experience with fresh food in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head Chef and assisting junior chefs.
• Working in an AA rosette kitchen using fresh, local seasonal ingredients.
• Preparing and plating meals for lunch, dinner, and functions.
