A family-run bakery in Bermondsey is seeking full-time Commis Pastry and Commis Savoury Chefs to assist in crafting delicious pastries and savoury items. Successful candidates will have at least two years of industry experience and a passion for baking. The role involves preparing ingredients, managing kitchen equipment, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Salary is £28,000 yearly, with benefits including paid breaks and free staff food.
We are looking for a full time Commis Pastry Chef and a Full Time Commis Savoury Chef to be responsible for assisting in the crafting of delicious desserts and confectionery, as well as savoury items and pastry based delicacies. You should be passionate about baking and hard working. To be successful in this role you must be well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
There will be 3 stages: Interview with HR, Interview with Head Chefs | Reference Check and Trial. Thank you.
