Commercial Property Solicitor - 5+ PQE - Bristol

Location: Bristol office Hybrid
Hours: Full time
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 DOE

Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a respected regional law firm currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established team in Bristol. This is a permanent opportunity offering a strong client base, high-quality work, and excellent career prospects.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters and contribute to the continued growth of the department. Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance
  • Managing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team development
  • Participating in networking and business development activities
  • Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:

  • At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong technical knowledge and broad experience across the sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service
  • A desire to contribute to the firm's growth and success
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset


Working Arrangements
