Commercial Property Solicitor - Bristol - NQ+

Location: Bristol / Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (office-based, with occasional flexibility) / Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing property department in Bristol. This newly created role reflects the continued expansion of the team and offers excellent scope for career development and progression.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a purely commercial property caseload, including:

  • Landlord and tenant transactions
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Development site set-up and building scheme work (limited crossover with residential)
  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing documentation with accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Supporting the Head of Department in driving the team forward
  • Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • NQ+ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Proven ability to manage their own caseload and time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A professional, friendly, and reassuring approach to client service
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
