The successful candidate will manage a varied workload, draft and negotiate contracts, advise on data protection and regulatory issues, and collaborate with internal and external counsel to deliver pragmatic legal solutions.

Solicitor – Commercial – Bristol – 2-4 Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £55,000 to £75,000 (dependent on experience)

A respected and growing commercial team is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 2-4 years’ post qualification experience to join its busy and well established Bristol practice. The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (supply, distribution, agency, SaaS, technology, IP licensing)

• Supporting corporate transactions and cross border commercial arrangements
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel
