A well-established and award-winning law firm is seeking a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and collaborative team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in a supportive environment with direct mentorship from an experienced Associate.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for assisting and managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Refinancing transactions
  • Lease work for both landlords and tenants
  • Site acquisitions, finance, and disposals
  • Corporate support on property-related matters
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
Candidate Requirements
  • 0-2 years PQE in commercial property
  • Experience working with developers, investors, lenders, and landlords/tenants
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters with supervision
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
