Solicitor - Commercial Property - Bristol - PQE 1+
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working available)
Salary: £50,000 to £85,000 (depending on experience)

A respected national law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding Real Estate team in Bristol, with a particular focus on Education Property work. The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Handling a range of Commercial Property transactions
  • Supporting a nationally recognised Education Property practice
  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Attending clients both in‑office and off‑site where required
  • Working collaboratively within the Real Estate team and wider firm
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining high professional standards, compliance, and CPD
  • Participating in team meetings, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:
