Commercial Property Lawyer - 5+ years PQE - Swansea

Location: Swansea Office (with hybrid working available)
Type of Role: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, £55,000 to £70,000

Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a respected regional law firm, currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with 5+ years' PQE to join their growing team in Swansea. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a varied caseload and contribute to a well-established and collaborative department.

The Role
This is a hands-on and client-facing position, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on SIPP/SSAS transactions
  • Handling all aspects of Landlord & Tenant work
  • Managing sales and purchases of commercial property
  • Supporting development projects and secured lending transactions
  • Delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to departmental growth


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:

  • Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
  • Experience handling a broad range of property transactions
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent client care and communication abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
