A leading UK organization is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to manage a variety of real estate matters including lease work and land rights. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of PQE in commercial property law, along with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills. This is a hybrid role based in the West Midlands, offering a competitive salary between £60,000 and £65,000 plus benefits.

A leading UK organisation in the travel and leisure infrastructure sector is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to support a broad range of real estate matters across its national estate. This is a hands‑on in‑house role involving lease work, land rights, estate management and general commercial property transactions. Key responsibilities include:
Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
Experience in commercial property.
Understanding of planning, land rights and related regulatory frameworks.
Confident drafter and negotiator with strong stakeholder skills.
Commercially minded and able to work independently.
