Job summary

A leading legal recruitment firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a well-regarded local authority in the North West. The role, which can be performed remotely, involves managing a variety of property law issues including leases, sales, and landlord-tenant relations. The successful candidate will initially work for 3 months, with potential for extension. Prior experience in the public sector is beneficial; however, applications from those with private practice experience are encouraged.

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West on a remote basis.

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of property law matters, including:

  • Leases and licenses
  • Sales and purchases of land
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Disposals and acquisitions

The successful candidate will join the team for an initial 3 months, with a possibility of extension.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although those who have gained experience from Private Practice or other sectors are still encouraged to apply.
