What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in strengthening Karo’s commercial foundation as we scale, by improving data processes, driving accuracy, and supporting key business systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Commercial Master Data

  • Develop a tracking process to ensure accountability and timely completion.

Gross Price Analysis (Sales & Operations Planning)

  • Support Karo’s financial forecasting improvement project.
  • Load Gross Price files from regional leads into the S&OP server and conduct initial analyses.
  • Identify and share errors or inconsistencies for correction using automated analytics.

Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Implementation

  • Act as a key contact between markets and consultant partners as we roll out TPM software in four European countries (2025–2026).
  • Coordinate data loading, ensure timely delivery (OTIF), and support initial system testing.
  • Document Karo’s data flows to and from the TPM tool.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Master Data Management or Trade Promotions Management, ideally within healthcare, FMCG, or consumer goods.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Problem‑solver with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Commercial experience or exposure is a plus.
  • Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule, hybrid model with the primary work place in the office, and life‑work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team
  • Start‑up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
