The Company

We are working with a well-established broker known for a supportive and protective approach with their clients. They have a strong presence in the Motor Trade, Haulage, and Hospitality sectors.

They are now looking to expand their Claims team and are seeking an experienced Commercial Motor Claims Handler.

• The Role
• Commercial Motor Claims Handler
• Diarise all claims in the system, ensuring timely follow-up
• Provide claims information and reports to broking teams and clients as needed
• Handle complex claims in line with procedures
• Keep insurers and clients informed to achieve the best outcomes
• Produce claims MI and reports when required

Requirements

• 2+ years claims experience with strong commercial awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office packages; Acturis systems preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certificate CII or working towards it, or keen to undertake this qualification in the future
